Begin each Write-up with an introductory paragraph that gives an overview of what you are writing about. Tell what the event is, its date, where it takes place, the source of the broadcastand offer a brief synopsis of the pieces and the composers that appear on the recital/concert.
titles of compositions should be italics. Individual movements should be in quotes Composer names and their birth/death dates should be in normal type.
Though Write-ups are to be individual (and reflect individual approaches), a chronological approach to the recital/concert is normally the best (i.e. cover first piece, followed by second piece, etc.).However, if a program (like many Collegium Musicum concerts) consists of numerous short pieces, you may choose to group the pieces and not cover each individual piecein depth.
