Discuss how you plan when having a student- what do you do before a student arrives to make sure its all planned well? What does lit say about induction?
Then talk about how you identify the learning needs- how do you know what the student needs to learn, do you use learning contracts for example? Do you attend Uni study days to familiarise yourself with placement learning outcomes?
