Carry out a case study of an organization that has undertaken organization development and change in the last five years preferably organization in Kenya or other African countries. Critically analyze the organization development and change process/steps undertaken pointing out the strength, the outcome of the process and areas of improvement of the process to ensure effectiveness in organization development and change in future.
