Please respond to one of my classmate:
- The world as we know it today is very advance, as time progresses it will get even more advanced. The guard against an organization’s system being breach of the personal information is not as easy as it use to be. There are many different data protections that is in the world and are offering services. I would recommend you to first research to determine which is best for your organizational needs. At my current employment we have a system where everything you do is monitored from the searching on Google to accessing things for the customers safety.

- Making the involvement of the employees a team effort with how to help keep the systems safe for them as employees as well as the customers information. A lot of company has a record and unrecorded when a customer calls in to make a payment on their accounts regarding different things. To keep the customers card information safe the rep turns off the record button while the card information is given and wants it is done then the rep turns the recorder back on to keep the call record for evidence of the call for the company’s behalf and possibly the customers.
