Each case analysis should be approximately 2-3 pages long, double-spaced in 12-point font, APA style.
Each case analysis will be assessed in regards to an ability to identify ethical/legal issues involved and the relevant standards in the ACA Code of Ethics, analyze the dilemma, as well as thoughtfulness of presentation, clarity of expression, and organization of ideas. Each analysis should address (make sure you cover all three items):
1. What are the ethical and/or legal issues involved in this case and their consequential ethical dilemmas?
2. What standards in the ACA Code of Ethics and the Florida Statute are pertinent to this case, and what guidance does the code offer for resolving the dilemma presented?
3. What recommendations do you make for resolving the issue and consequential ethical dilemma? What is your rationale for this recommendation?
