Often times people resent change. They do not like to change a procedure or a process. Many companies have gone to a business casual dress code. Some companies have determined business casual is no longer appropriate and are implementing a more professional dress code. If your company were changing the dress code policy to a more professional dress, how would you implement this change? How would you deal with those who were unhappy about the change? What would you share with the employees concerning the reasons for the change? How would you deal with those?
