2) What are the current environmental, economic, and social challenges affecting edible insect farming and entomophagy?
3) What are the current edible insect farming technology, and how is biotechnology integrated into them? What are the challenges with these technologies and how might it be better optimized and fortified into the current food system?
The Dissertation should be structured as follows:
