This paper will cover the marketing communications strategies used by 4 different business types.
There are 7 criteria’s needed to achieve a distinction in this paper, which is the grade I would like to achieve.
The assignment is split into 2 sections; section 1 includes P1, P2, M1, and D1, and section 2 includes P3, M2, and D2. P = pass, M = merit, and D = distinction. I cannot achieve the distinction criteria if the pass and merit criteria’s have not been achieved. The specification for this course is available online for free under the name ‘Pearson

M1 – Assess the importance of effective communication and choice of media in the overall marketing communications strategy of a business.
D1 – Evaluate the extent to which ethical ad legal issues impact on the choice of a marketing communications strategy.
Section 2 –
P3 – Explain, using examples, how two contrasting businesses use marketing communications techniques to raise awareness and boost revenue.
M2 – Compare how two contrasting businesses use marketing communications techniques to raise awareness and boost revenue.
D2 – Evaluate the success of the marketing communications strategies used by two contrasting businesses.
