Discuss how you have used or plan to use any of the Guidelines for Implementing Culturally Competent Nursing Care outlined on page 136 in the A New Era in Global Health text, to cultivate your individual cultural competence OR how any of these guidelines have been or can be used to increase the cultural competence of the unit or health care system you work in, to ultimately lead to a community and world of more culturally competent nurses.
Highlight at least two of the Guidelines for Implementing Culturally Competent Nursing Care, but feel free to highlight as many as you would like.
