“Research Paper
The final argumentative research paper for this course should synthesize primary and secondary sources to offer an argument on a social issue as it relates to either the past or present.
Students will write this argumentative paper using their sources from project two, as well as at least two new sources. The paper may refer to one school of interpretation and should cite at least six sources (a combination of primary and secondary) that provide support for the argument in the thesis statement. Most of the sources must be accessed through the library catalogue. Using comments from peers, the Writing Center (or Smarthinking Online Tutoring), and the Instructor, students will revise the paper and submit a final draft that consists of 1,800-2,000 words.”
In sum, we are using the same topic and sources. By the final draft, we will add two new sources. I hope this information helps.
