This is a very well written proposal with a clear idea and structure. It identified a very relevant and overlooked area of need. It shows that you have thought about and analysed the possible challenges and tried to identify solutions, e.g in terms of your funding strategy.
How could you improve your future performance in this type of task?
As the proposal is aimed at reducing bullying of disabled children, it would have been good to discuss the involvement of children in your response more comprehensively. Is it enough to train teachers or could there be a part where children get trained as well? How could this be done?
