For this Discussion, you will take a simplified Myers-Briggs assessment and relate it to your organizational leadership style.

- Complete the following self-assessment.

- When you’ve completed the self-assessment, review your personality type.
By Day 4
Post your personality type to the Discussion area (e.g., INFP, ESTJ).
- How does your Myers-Briggs personality type relate to your leadership style?
- What leadership theory do you think you would apply to leading an organization or department? Why? Be sure your answer relates to your Myers-Briggs personality type.
