1.1 Organizational Change
After briefly describing an organizational change you have experienced, identify and discuss:
· Environmental forces such as changing demographics, diversity, technology, political and/or economic factors that drove the need for change
· Type of change that occurred (tuning, redirecting, adapting or overhauling)
· The outcome – why did or didn’t the change achieved intended results.
