Gantt Charts and Logic Models are just a few tools that you might explore to help you put together an implementation plan. You are not required to use either of these. You might look them up to give you an idea of an organizational plan.
Based on the information that you have found, and a program that you are “creating” in order to improve health in your chosen population, prepare a written narrative of your plan for implementing the program.
