Purpose of the project:
The purpose of this group project is to consolidate the various aspects we have covered in project management into one document called a Project Management Plan. This requires reviewing the content and documents covered in the course, as well as research some topics which we may have not covered in our course. The Project Management Plan is the next important phase after the Scope Statement.
Approach:
You are to use the Project Management Plan template from the free website below;

Please do not copy and paste the content. This is your Party project management plan.
In addition to using the free downloadable template, you are expected to use the following resources as a minimum requirement;
· Textbook
· PMBOK 6th Edition
Requirements:
1. Complete a Project Management Plan for the Party, from one of the group member’s Scope Statement’s, and post it into the Submissions box by the due date and time.
2. Complete the group meeting minutes and Responsibility Matrix and post them into the Submissions box.
3. Ensure you have read the rubric to ensure you have met all the content requirements.
4. Complete a hard copy of the Project Management Plan for the Party, from one of the groups Scope Statement’s, as well as the group meeting minutes and Responsibility Matrix and post the hard copy into the wooden post box outside room B2025 by Friday 22nd June before 3:00pm. Late submissions will be penalized by 25% per day. It will be the hard copy which will be graded.
