Upon completion of the module, students should have:
1. An in-depth understanding of the strengths and limitations of different frailty models.
2. An advanced appreciation of the emerging evidence-base for the use of frailty measures in clinical care and in research.
3. An ability to appropriately incorporate their conceptualisation of, and measurement of, frailty into decision-making in clinical interventions.
4. An advanced level of understanding of how to use “frailty” to inform clinical services and pathways.
5. An understanding of interventions to modify and maximise frailty status in clinical care.
