The primary data should be the main source. The primary data might be collected from questionnaires and addressed to public hospitals and private ones in Western Balkan Countries. The study should try to show where the economic gap has been in order to adapt to the damages Covid 19 has imposed in the economic level to the health system and how it has to be reconstructed to fit in this struggle.
The methodology used should express an econometric equation which can be tested and proved by statistical means such as SPSS with tables and graphs not calculated in the page numbers.
The Dependent variable should be the restructuration of the Health Care System and the independent variable the Covid 19 where the Research questions or hypothesis should be raised and proved to find out if there is a correlation and what it stands for.
The conclusion should state all the findings between the variables and the statistical correlation proved by the methodology used and the primary data accumulated. It should show where the negative gaps where in the economic side of managing in the hospitals during Covid 19 and how this gaps should be restructures to adapt and win the COvid 19 struggle.
