1. What does Nietzsche mean by the will to power? Does it mark a departure from the philosophies of utilitarianism and deontology? Explain.
2. If you were to ask Aristotle “what is the meaning of life?” he would say it is eudaimonia. (1) What does Aristotle mean by eudaimonia? (2) Would Susan Wolf say that eudaimonia is “a life of active engagement in projects of worth”? (Wolf pdf, p. 570) Explain.
3. Why should we think that the ethics of care is a feminist ethics? Explain by reference to the feminist ethics articles we read this term.
4. What is cultural relativism? Evaluate two of Gensler’s arguments against cultural relativism. Are his arguments good or bad? In your view is cultural relativism a good metaethical theory? Explain.
