A journey usually begins with a destination in mind and at least a preliminary idea of the route to arrive there. So it is with those individuals who would change the world, to make it a better place in which to live and thrive in the process. This assignment can help bring the elements of world-changing behavior into clear focus in your life by asking you to outline your world-changing project. Your world-changing project will include a vision, but perhaps more importantly, a path. May it serve you and others well.

After reflection, answer the following questions in a paper of one and a half to two pages in length in accordance with APA format.
Your paper should show a high level of insightful and critical thinking.
What is your personal world-changing project for next year? Remember, you may not be able to change “the world,” but you can surely change “your world!”

What are the perceived benefits for people and the organization if this plan is successfully implemented?
