We coordinated our meeting well and all cooperated in the project.
Decisions were made mutually, and all team members agreed on each equipment or service that should be funded and why is it beneficial.

Referring to common member roles (Bartol and Martin) that were described in the lecture, identify and describe any task, maintenance or self-oriented roles that either you or others played during the team activity.
We were all encouragers as a group, everyone was friendly and acknowledged everyone’s contributions.

What type of decision-making mechanism did your team utilize to reach its final proposal?
Also, by consensus because when we had different opinions we managed to agree on decisions.

No major conflict arose that needed to be addressed or resolved, it was just different opinions shared and we all agreed at the end.
Do you think your team was a leader-centered team or a fraternally oriented team and why?
We were team oriented.
How would you rate the communication among team members? What role (positive or negative) do you think communication played in the overall effectiveness of the team?
Communication was great, we were able to plan our live meetings via discussion board, everyone was responding, and we all made sure the meetings times worked for the majority of group members.
