Influence and resistance to their environment – comparative short story analysis.
Comparative analysis of how the characters in “The Horse-Dealer’s daughter” (by D.H. Lawrence) and “The Boarding House” (by James Joyce) are influenced in their own decisions by their environment/society and how they try to resist this influence.
