Students’ stress come from various academically related issues. There are various causes of stress, but unfortunately, students are in lack of resources, lack of expectations, and surroundings. Due to this reason, according to ( what research? ), 22 percent of the students (where?) had low test scores, and 9 percent of students (where?) had low test scores. Even 2 percent of the students of where? failed the courses. Based on the report, stress has a large impact on students.

Accordingly, various methods have been proposed to relieve such stress and therefore, there are many ways to relieve stress which occur in the early stages by symptoms such as anxiety and apprehension. People’s favorite methods of relieving stress could be reading or listening to music. And the study includes reading, walking, listening to music and playing video games.(I’m asking for a simple explanation of why this is a common way to relieve stress.)  However, due to people’s different tastes and hobbies, they do not blindly need to choose one of them either because they prefer it or because it is a high-priority stress-relief method.

Students who volunteered the survey participated in 14 different health professional programs. We identified different levels of stress in the process and the extent to which stress affects academic performance. As a solution, the researchers’ proposed meditation-based stress reduction (MBSR) has had a positive effect.
