Your task
You are an expert global leadership consultant employed by FlexOil Inc. You have been tasked by FlexOil’s Talent Management Director to provide advice on how best to develop global leaders within the organisation, in the form of a consulting report.

Your report should propose a Future Global Leaders Development framework for global leadership development within FlexOil Inc. Your framework should include detail of the strategies that the company could use to develop global leaders, and the types of activities that might contribute to leadership development. In providing your advice, you might consider:
– the expected outcome of suggested initiatives
– challenges that developing leaders may encounter
– ways in which both the emerging leader and the organisation can manage these challenges.

Your framework should be based on your knowledge of global leadership theories and concepts and tailored to FlexOil Inc’s current situation and future plans. The Talent Management Director is particularly interested in the opportunities and challenges that the establishment of FlexOil’s offices in West Africa may provide for the development of emerging leaders such as Anna McLean.

Word limit: 3000 words (+/- 10%), excluding references
As the report is written for a busy executive, you must include an Executive Summary(abstract) and Table of Contents to allow the reader to easily navigate your report.
