This module has taken you from the first interview with a new client, through the civil litigation process to a contested trial, followed by considerations of an appeal and enforcement.
We have seen that, amongst many, two essential skillsneeded are the ability to conduct and develop an analysis of the legal claim,whilst at the same time developing strategies for resolving the dispute.
Once court proceedings are commenced, you must be able to prepare court documents, evaluate the admissibility and relevance of factual and expert evidence, as well as assess the strengths and weaknesses of each side’s case
