You are required to have engaged and read the case study “Reawakening the Magic: Bob Iger and the Walt Disney Company” and found two (2) issues. One of the issues must be from your Part A submission. You will then analyse both issues and develop a set of recommendations using support from peer-reviewed journal articles.
This assessment takes the form of a report. Students should use appropriate headings, a formal style of writing and an appropriate presentation to the document.

Executive Summary

In this section, you should present specific case facts that support your analysis. You should take on board the markers feedback from your Part A analysis and make any adjustments necessary.

Develop a set of recommendations for each issue. Your recommendations should include a description of your recommendation(s) along with scholarly support from Peer Reviewed Journal Articles (at least two articles per issue). A list of recommended journals is available on the Course BlackBoard site under Assessment.

3.0 Issue Statement

You need to develop a second issue statement based upon your reading of the case study. Your issue needs to relate to the topic of Strategy Formulation or Leading
Your issue statement should be 1-2 sentences (see Ivey Case Guide Note 4, 3.0-3.3) and include any key factors that are relevant.
3.2 Issue Analysis

An alphabetical list of references using the Harvard referencing style and in-text citations for any peer-reviewed journal articles is required.

This section should include relevant Appendices (e.g. summary tools and analytical outputs). There is no minimum amount of Appendices and they do not count to your overall word count.
