Worksheet 4: Competition
We need to have a good understanding of our competition, and Worksheet 4 is designed to help us get just that. Download the worksheet and list two-to-three of your competitors. Direct competitors are preferred, but indirect competitors are also acceptable. Sometimes indirect competitors aren’t easily identifiable, so let me know if you need assistance. Attempt to gain an understanding of your competitors’ marketing strategies. What do they do well? What do you feel is a competitive advantage that your brand has over your competitors?

We need to start thinking strategically about our marketing objectives and attainable goals. Use Worksheet 5 to indicate what your brand’s objectives are and how you plan on attaining them.
Worksheet 6: Marketing Tactics and Budget
Is all about resources. Who are the team members that will make up your digital marketing team? Please list them and describe their responsibilities and strengths. Part two I need you to create a budget for the year. How much will you spend on paid media. List out the opportunities and appropriate budget.
