Critically evaluate and apply the underlying principles of assessment and recognition of a sick child to demonstrate understanding of the evidence-based management of paediatric emergencies. 4. Demonstrate the ability to adapt interpersonal communication methods for caring for these patient groups and their families, including partnership working in a trans disciplinary approach, critically evaluating scope of practice, and the need for referral. 5.
