Part A of your essay will introduce your chosen mental health presentation, critically examining the aetiology [LO A] of the disorder which would inform the assessment. You will hypothetically critically discuss the evidence base for the holistic care for the chosen patient presentation (gold star quality based therapeutic approaches and communication with all relevant stakeholders [LO E]. This will include a critique of the application of legal, ethical and safeguarding protocols in your chosen field of mental health [LO C]. You should also analyse why [LO B] current guidelines do not always consider the complexity of treatment of individual cases and how this complexity may have to be managed. You will need to know and familiarize yourself with services
