This coursework asks you to prepare an answer that demonstrates evidence of academic research (and any personal industrial experiences you can draw upon). Discuss the key concepts of maintaining a satisfied and motivated workforce within tourism, hospitality and leisure organizations. Justify your arguments with concepts from organizational academia (theories, models or ideas) and comment on the relevance of the literature included.
