Employment Discrimination
Ramona Bowen was employed as a supervisor for Comfort Manufacturing. She was the only black supervisor in the plant. The other supervisors, all white males, used racial slurs when referring to her in the presence of the other employees. Ramona complained to the general manager and threatened to file a claim with EEOC. What would you suggest the general manager do to address Ramona’s concerns and prevent her from filing a claim with the EEOC?
