Apply Theory: Use your understanding of the different instructional models we’ve read about this semester (COP, LOP, PL) to design an alternative approach to learning. Discuss benefits of the new approach for learners. Add Technology: Being mindful of social learning theories, design a new tool, environment, or method for your learners. Discuss why this new approach will improve learning potentials.Each approach should include the following elements:Use the language of social learning from our readings and discussions.Definition of the practice and description of identify of practitioners.Observation, analysis of existing workplace learning and culture.Focus on 1-2 (not many) social/cognitive learning theories.Discussion of the concordances of appropriate technologies Max length is 2000 words SPA style excluding course and outside references.
