After reading the attachment, please post your thoughts and impressions of the Case Study with a focus on identifying and solving the various issues presented. Give careful thought to analyzing the main issues, barriers, stakeholders work and process flows and potential points of failure involved in resolving the problem(s). Try to think about those essential elements of Who, What, Why When, Where, How when you are reading and analyzing the Case Study. There are no right or wrong answers. The Case Studies are all about getting you to think analytically and creatively while you problem solve. Some of the Case Studies are purposely general or vague because we, as leaders and managers are often expected to “fill in the blanks” with incomplete or inaccurate information when we are making decisions.
