Give careful thought to analyzing the main issues, barriers, stakeholders work and process flows and potential points of failure involved in resolving the problem(s). Try to think about those essential elements of Who, What, Why When, Where, How when you are reading and analyzing the Case Study. Identify who is involved and their vested interest, What are the issues, Why is it important to solve these problems, Where are the single points of failure, weaknesses and.or vulnerabilities, How should you go about tackling and managing these issues and the people who the affect. There are no right or wrong answers. The Case Studies are all about getting you to think analytically and creatively while you problem solve. Some of the Case Studies are purposely general or vague because we, as leaders and managers are often expected to “fill in the blanks” with incomplete or inaccurate information when we are making decisions.
