Learning Outcomes
The module learning outcomes are divided into four interlinked areas for development of advanced clinical practice competence:
1. Critically evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and governance strategies underpinning advanced clinical practice through the completion of a range of clinical competencies
2. Critically appraise theories and concepts of leadership and management for planning, managing and improving the quality of the service
3. Critically evaluate the professional, legal and ethical issues related to advanced clinical practice
4. Critically appraise the clinical governance framework with respect to advanced clinical practice
