Software piracy – why is it widespread, what are the ethically flawed justifications people use for this?
The research paper is in ethical in nature and should include topics such as illegal downloads and/or illegal use of licenses (academic versions, softlifting, etc.). Additionally, if possible, use the ACM-code-of-ethics as one of the 6 references.
Please use one of the these ethical theories as a guide to the overall feel/voice of the paper (no preference. I leave it to the writer to choose which one they are most comfortable using).
