Outline of Policy Report: Guidelines and marking criteria
The outline of the policy report should entail the following three aspects:
•A short summary/ abstract of the policy problem and the main argumentation for the chosen policy position
•A detailed outline of the organisation/ structure of the policy paper.
A partial bibliography (the main sources) for the making of the report. This may also include data sources, whenever applicable. (You may edit and add to this in the final version of the policy paper). The marking of the outline will be based on the clarity and coherence of the position and plan put forth; as well as on whether the proposed structure and (partial) bibliography offers a satisfactory design for addressing the policy question.
