WHO describes explicit consent as a system in which organs may be removed from a deceased person if the person has accepted the removal during his/her lifetime. People live their wishes to donate their organ by signing a donor card. It does not necessarily mean one has to sign the donor card but also verbal consent is also acceptable but in the presence of at least two eyewitnesses during his last illness in life This consent is sometimes taken by people and family members negatively because they believe that the patient may not be treated with much medical care
