profession. It is important the professional nurse become familiar with these posing issues and effective
management interventions. In this assignment provide a 3-4-page APA 7 formatted paper discussing one of the six identified issues the paper should introduce the selected issue along with identifying background
information leading to the current issue. Include a discussion of how the issue currently affects the
nursing profession, and then identify ways the professional nurse can manage these issues. The paper
