Talent Identification and Development
When poor performance emulates in sporting activities, it becomes a question directed to the steering coaches. Under detection, players can suitably get identified who may not be involved in any sport. Once talent is detected, selecting the best practice in an individual requires training and observation. In other words, talent identification is just recognizing players who may potentially excel in sports and develop the potential (Jones, 2013). For instance, when it comes to football, talent regards physique, cognitive abilities, and technicality. If an individual can master systematic abilities, it places them in the top key players, proof of the possibility of talent development.
On the other hand, talent takes time to develop and is, therefore, less dependent on natural ability. However, identifying the right talent for development is essential, which means that the characteristics that define the talent must incline in practice for growth.
