In “Competing on the Eight Dimensions of Quality,” in the Harvard Business Review from November–December 1987, David A. Garvin proposes the following eight critical dimensions of quality:
- Performance
- Features
- Reliability
- Conformity
- Durability
- Serviceability
- Aesthetics
- Perception
