An example is a European MEN with a subsidiary in China where its Headquarters have implemented a standard maternity leave policy that is more generous in Asia than the standard policy, and this is attracting many female applicants to the organization. This is an example of a MTG policy that has a positive impact on diverse talent being attracted to the organization. However, despite a larger talent pool to select from, the women hired as talents are proving to have less mobility as they have the dual responsibility of children and parents restricting their career decisions.
