Venue is located in NYC and can hold 20k people. Band is a group that normally sells out at venues that hold 10k people. Band has not yet played at a venue as big as Venue. Band normally makes $500k per show, not including expenses in the Rider (a rider includes cost of food, travel, stage needs). Venue normally sells tickets at $75 per cap.
write a short agreement between Venue and Band for a show. Your agreement does not have to be long and can be as detailed as you want.
